South Of Sundays:
Behind the band's name you'll find the former Powderhog frontman; Johnny Houmark. With Powderhog, Houmark released two critically acclaimed albums on the Danish Trechoma Records label. ("Powderhog" 2007 / "Return Of The Gaucho" 2010).

Now Houmark is back with new musical friends in the four-man rocking combo; South Of Sundays. With all renewed energy, Houmark and the rest of the band are ready to make a significant mark on both the danish and international rock scene. A new chapter is about to be written and with 11 new songs recorded in 2024, the band's debut album "Honey Tongue" was finalised with the aid of Jacob Hansen, who is known for his work with the likes of Volbeat, D.A.D. and Dizzy Mizz Lizzy's many great record productions. The "Honey Tongue" album hit the streets in January 2024 and the record quickly received good reviews. Gaffa rewarded the album with 5 out of 6 stars and the following words; "South Of Sundays deliver a strong and varied rock album at the beginning of 2024 with Honey Tongue, which has great potential". In another top review from Metalized, the over all praise continuted with the words: "South Of Sundays is a cool new Danish rock band with an international sound".

The band's video for the first single; “Don’t Wanna Hear It On A Sunday” achieved 2500+ views on Facebook in just one day!

and... In the summer of 2024 the band was handpicked to play at Smukfest. Gaffa was on the scene and wrote: “While the first band on the stage was very young, the second band was much more mature. South Of Sundays is a solid rocking band that plays a bluesy and heavy westcoast rawk, as if the last 30 years didn't really happen at all. Age and experience give them a completely different gravity on stage, and the band rocks solidly”.

And so... 2024 has been a whirlwinding year for the band and South Of Sundays also went out with a nomination for best single of the year at the "Den Hårde Tone Award Show 2024". The band was nominated among 5 other acts for the song “Don’t Wanna Hear It On A Sunday”. Gaffa also added the band to their “10 best singles from the 10 best Danish albums in 2024” and with that, South Of Sundays is set for an exciting 2025.

Lady:
Lady is a new Rock n' Roll band from Copenhagen, Denmark.

The style is raw and has a solid base from classic rock and blues while the listener still is met with a hard-hitting "in your face" sound of wild guitars and a raw unpolished vocal from our female lead singer. Often with a melancholic twist, big guitar solos, and catchy choruses.

Lady's sound is powerful, but can also move into the quiet, sensitive, and dreamy. In other words, Lady is a true Rock n Roll band that has taken inspiration from bands like The Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, Guns N Roses, Fleetwood mac, DAD and many more.

Sunraker:
Led by award-winning score composer Sophus Alf, Sunraker is an alt-rock quartet blending the nostalgic drive of 80’s darkwave with atmospheric shoegaze.

Inspired by the likes of The Cure, Mew, Jeff Buckley and Deftones, Sunraker powers through lush soundscapes with towering vocals and a sound that is both ethereal, melodic and explosive.

Following the release of their debut EP Live from The Blackbox Sunraker has received praise from both Danish and international media, along with a co-sign from legendary The Verve and Stone Roses-producer Paul Schroeder.

Sophus Alf composed the 2020 award-winning soundtrack for smash-hit videogame Deep Rock Galactic, spawning a dedicated global fanbase. Formed in 2022 in Copenhagen, Sunraker is currently recording their debut album set to release in 2025.
