Tay Oskee:
The name Tay Oskee has become synonymous with feel-good indie folk music, Tay’s song writing is an uplifting journey with melodies that infiltrate your core, his catalogue is dynamic and listening through his songs leaves you with a sense of nostalgic euphoria. Tay spent his childhood living among the Indigenous Yolngu people of North East Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory, he then spent his
high school days in the remote Jungle town of Bingil Bay. This gave him a profound love of nature and different cultures, which can be heard in his diverse songwriting. Alongside his impressive catalogue Tay has also already established himself as an incredible live act with a unique ability to take his audiences on a journey throughout his set. This live show did not go unnoticed and as such he has
been asked to share the stage with the likes of Xavier Rudd, Hollow Coves, Ziggy Alberts, Amistat and The Cat Empire. From meditative singalongs and guitar solos to dance floor bangers and souring choruses, a live Tay show is not to be missed.
Tay is a master of feel-good folk with hidden depth and intricacies often heard only on multiple listens, this is further showcased with the upcoming release of his new single ‘Make Me A Believer’. The upbeat and groovy track is the first taste of new music since the release of his exceptional debut album ‘Keepers Of The Morning’
Make Me A Believer is a light hearted take on the never ending ‘sex sells’ world we live in and regardless of this bombardment of temptation, staying true to your love. He says ‘It’s a hyped up world we live in, and social media has put that into overdrive, one wrong move or a curious click and the algorithm can suddenly trap you in this shallow world of sex, money and bodycount BS. I believe this is making it so much harder for people to be content with what they have, and I guess this is a letter to my wife that regardless of all that noise, she doesn’t have to have any worries and that I’m a believer in our love’
Tay once again engineered, played, produced and mixed ‘Make Me A believer’ in his self built studio inside an old shipping container, this was a big milestone for him and has opened up a whole new world of writing and recording possibilities.

+ Support: Brook St
Brook St are a husband and wife folk duo from the Sunshine Coast, Australia. Since the duo's inception in January 2023 they have covered a lot of ground taking their harmony based storytelling around Australia and Europe. They have released two EPs and a string of singles, one of them claiming the number 1 spot on the AMRAP Australian Regional Charts for 4 weeks straight. Their shows are a fun yet real journey through musical reflections on life's ups and downs, taking influence from artists such as The Paper Kites, Simon & Garfunkel, John Denver and Angus & Julia Stone.
After their marriage in 2021, neither of their solo projects felt right to continue and it wasn't long before they started writing a new generation of songs together, and so Brook St was born, named after the street in Brisbane they’d always park on every time they went adventuring in the city. After releasing their first EP they hit the road opening for a string of indie folk artists including The Dreggs, Blanco White, Tay Oskee, Austin Mackay and Fanny Lumsden.
