DJ POOLBOI:
dj poolboi is the moniker of Austin Texas’ resident Adam Ansley. In 2017 Ansley
started quietly releasing lo-fi house music under the moniker picking up viral
tracktion and attention online. Ansley crafted a unique form of electronic music
creating emotional melodic house and instrumental songs. Mixing elation,
nostalgia and melancholy to create something raw in beauty, calming, energizing
and uplifting.

Residing in the same vein of underground house as Ross From Friends and Baltra while building on the experimental dance music of trailblazers such as Radiohead, Four Tet, Caribou and Jamie XX his music found its own niche taking flight online.
With a strong visual presence from his many music videos, poolboi has quickly
amassed 100k subscribers on Youtube. With over 50 million streams to date the
artist began landing coveted gigs across North America.

The artists debut LP “it’s good to hear your voice” came out in March of 2020 on Berlin based tastemaker label Majestic Casual. An official remix for Moby and
Alan Fitzpatrick side project 3strange followed with a quickly selling out Vinyl
pressing and EP for the underground UK based house label, Shall Not Fade and
a subsequent follow up EP.

Showcasing a growth in sound working with featured artists from around the globe exploring indie and electronic crossover territory the artist is now set to release his highly anticipated sophomore LP “stay a little while longer” now with lead singles building to the full release March 4th 2022 and his first international tour.
